project : Dig Water Wells in India |
A total of thirteen (13)
wells were build in India. They were donated by the Roseland,
Indiana (near South Bend) rotary club. The villages that were
selected, typically have no running water and they have to walk to
the nearest river for all the water that is needed for drinking,
cooking and cleaning.
The local Rotary club in India provided the pictures and some of
them are shown below
